	Both cottages are fully equipped to sleep 4 adults plus a baby and offer outstanding value for money. Each has an open plan living/dining/kitchen with full electric cooker, fridge, microwave, washing machine, satellite SKY TV and comfortable furnishing, one double bedroom, one twin bedroom and a modern bathroom with shower over the bath. Cota and high chairs are available and pets are welcome by arrangement. There is private parking and secure storage for sports equipment. The cottages are personally supervised by the local owners who take great pride in preparing them to the highest standard. KIrkmichael is a charming little village with an excellent shop/filling station nd three hotels with bars and restaurants. This is an area of outstanding natural beauty which offers a huge choice of activities including walking, cycling, golf, angling and winter sports and the Cateran Trail long distance walk passes through the village. In the geographical centre of Scotland it is also the ideal touring base. Pitlochry with its renowned theatre and quality shopping is 12 miles (20km) away as is Blairgowrie while Royal Deeside and Balmoral Castle are 35 miles (56km).
